Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

How to Return

You can return the product in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, simply bring the item and your proof of purchase to our store at 3118 23rd Ave N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713, United States. To return by mail, please follow the instructions below to obtain a return label.

Return Label

Customers can download and print the return label from our website. Instructions for preparing and sending your return will be provided along with your return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
